Topical Metronidazole can Reduce Pain after Surgery and Pain on Defecation in Postoperative Hemorrhoidectomy

Abstract: These finding indicate that topical 10 percent metronidazole significantly reduce posthemorrhoidectomy discomfort, and postoperative defecation pain is reduced compared with that of the placebo control group.
