Abstract:BackgroundTo assess topical dorzolamide as medical therapy for idiopathic full‐thickness macular holes (FTMHs).MethodsRandomised, double‐blinded, placebo‐controlled, single‐centre clinical trial involving 32 patients with idiopathic small FTMHs (<400 ).
