Topical DNCB Therapy for Resistant Warts

Abstract

Thirteen patients with recalcitrant warts were topically sensitized to dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB) which was subsequently applied to the warts in a series oj multiple treatments. Nine oj the thirteen patients lost their warts, resolution occurring within an average titne oj 4.5 months. The possible tneclmnisnis underlying this jortn oj treat-» discussed.
