Top Management Team Heterogeneity, Group Cohesion, Competitive Repertoire Complexity and Performance: Evidence from Kenyan Food and Beverage Manufacturers

Abstract: This study sought to evaluate the relationship between top management team (TMT) heterogeneity, group cohesion, competitive repertoire complexity and firm performance.
