Software risk management refers to systematic process for analyzing and identifying the project risks. The present paper provides a hybrid method for IT software risks identification. Software projects possess different features which increase the project failure possibilities. Therefore, the present work integrate the Artificial Neural network with the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP-ANN) in order to solve the problem of software project estimation in early stage. The questionnaire developed to find out the risk functional model and provide the proposed method with proper data. The results observe a major common risk in software projects is the insufficient knowledge based on different software project life cycle stages. Also, there are some other important factors in software projects such as lack of good estimation in project scheduling, poor definition of project requirements which cause human errors.

Risk assessment management have been a hot topic for the researchers since a very long time. Software risk management is an important part of project management as it contains the identification, analysis, estimation and monitoring of different risks present in the system. This helps developers in decision making while assessing the problems that could arise in the software systems. Risk management is very complex in large scale system as these systems have very complex development. The paper describes risk management techniques for large scale system. Furthermore we have provided a detailed comparative analysis of these techniques with commonly identified risks in software systems and have provided a systematic order for risk management process to ensure risk mitigation.

Despite much research and progress in the areas of cloud computing project, many cloud computing projects have a very high failure rate when it comes to the banking organizations. The aim of this study is to propose a new conceptual framework modelling for cloud computing risk management in banking organizations. There are the main five stages for a successful cloud computing framework in a banking organization as described in Figure 1: Cloud mobility and cloud banking applications, cloud service models, cloud deployment models, cloud risk management models, and cloud security models. As a future work, we will apply the framework in the real banking world to mitigate and control the security issues. A successful framework modelling for cloud computing risk management will greatly improve the probability of cloud computing success in banking organizations.
