“…The combination was dried in a digital furnace at 95 C for 3 h, ground for 2 h, and sintered at 1350 C for 3 h. The phosphor micropowder (11-18 μm) was produced by grinding and sieving. Top-down processing of phosphor microparticles (15 g) was performed using a ball milling vial located on a vibrating plate and yielded phosphor nanoparticles [33].
