Abstract:This chapter describes some diseases (including postharvest diseases) of tomato and pepper, including their symptoms and causal agents (bacteria, viral and fungi, including seedborne and soilborne). Some control measures are given, such as use of pesticides, cultural methods, resistant cultivars, biological control agents, and removal of infected plants.
