To the Issue of Biological Preparations Using in Patients with Vulgar Pemphigus

Abstract

При лечении пациентов с вульгарной пузырчаткой использован генно-инженерный биологический препарат ритуксимаб, который позволил повысить терапевтическую эффективность наряду с уменьшением побочных явлений системной кортикостероидной терапии. In the treatment of patients with vulgar pemphigus, a genetically engineered biological drug, rituximab, was used, which allowed to increase therapeutic effectiveness while reducing the side effects of systemic corticosteroid therapy.
