To Explore the Research and Development Competence and School-to-Work Transition for Hospitality Students

Abstract: This research focuses on the research and development competence and school-to-work transition on occupation selection for hospitality students with the use of social cognitive career theory. The positive attitude construct is the most identifiable for the research and development competences.
