To compare the expression of p53 with hormonal receptor status in breast carcinoma: An immunohistochemical study

Abstract: Background: Breast carcinoma is the most common malignancy in women in the world. This study evaluated the expression of ER, PR and p53 in breast carcinoma and its correlation with age, size, lymph node status and other parameters. Methods: 103 histologically proven Breast carcinoma cases were subjected to IHC for ER,PR and p53. Result: Total cases of breast cancer were 103.
