TLC densitometric method for the preliminary evaluation of fucoxanthin-based products

Abstract: Studies have evidenced the biological properties of fucoxanthin and the commercialisation of various nutritional supplements based on seaweed extracts that claim high fucoxanthin content is constantly growing.
