“…The comparison of induced absorption spectra shows that centers with decay time 6.5 ms do not have the band at 1.7 eV due to optical transitions in STE electron component. Since the electron component is an electron partially localized on beryllium s-states [4] the above-mentioned fact is linked with the spatial remoteness of Be + ions. TOA spectrum at E > 2 eV of centers with decay time 6.5 ms is in the region of optical transitions in STE hole component.…”
