“…A two-stage grinding circuit is possible when using two screens with one mill MShTs-36005000. The tests performed using one Derrick 2SG40-60W-5STK sizer screen with a large shale sneaker size (0.15 mm) showed the possibility to use a two-stage grinding circuit only if the productivity of the processing unit is 10-15 % lower than planned, which is unacceptable for an industrial enterprise [20]. The disadvantages of using screens in a closed grinding cycle include a decrease in the productivity of the beneficiation plant (with an insufficient number of screens) or an increase in investment (large number of screens) and operating costs (increased wear of screens) with a constant plant productivity.…”

“…Within each series, the oversize product was ground to a size of 50-85 % of the -0.045 mm class at a grinding time of 20, 25, 35, and 45 min. The mineralogical analysis of the ore minerals release was not carried out due to the laboriousness of the research, the grinding efficiency was estimated by the yield and quality of the beneficiation tailings (drainage of the MG separator) [37].…”
