Tissue-type plasminogen activator gene targets thrombolysis in atriums

Abstract: Our previous investigations showed that retroviral gene transfer of tissue-type plasminogen activator (tPA) effectively targeted thrombolysis in vitro and in the model of inferior caval veins of rabbits.
