Abstract: Objective: Aortic valve neocuspidization (AVNeo) using autologous pericardium is a promising technique. Expected advantages are reduced immune response, appropriate biomechanics and lower treatment expenses. Nevertheless, autologous pericardium can be affected by patient’s age and comorbidities.
