Tirso de Molina and His Nephew: The Case for the Real Existence of Francisco Lucas de Ávila

Abstract: Gabriel Téllez’s autobiography offers fascinating questions for scholars. The present essay brings new material to light and speculates on Tirso de Molina’s family.
