Timing of blastocyst development is the sole predictor of positive pregnancy outcome in advanced maternal age patients following single euploid blastocyst transfer

Abstract: estradiol levels at trigger (p-trend¼0.04) despite no differences in the total dose of gonadotropins. Specifically, women in the highest quartile of temperature (76.0-81.4 F) had an average estradiol level of 3761 pg/mL (95% CI 3403, 4119) compared to 3341 pg/mL (95% CI 3034, 3647) among women in the lowest quartile (38.6-49.6 F).
