Timing and factors influencing operative outcome in intracranial aneurysms*

Abstract: The results of operation in 851 intracranial aneurysms were statistically analysed. The influence of 22 factors on operative outcome is shown. The importance of the time of intervention for the prognosis of patients is of special interest.
