Abstract: Abstract. Femtosecond fluorescence anisotropy decay measured by type II difference frequency generation provides new insight into the local structural dynamics of ΔP(-)PBS fragments of the HIV-1 DNA primary binding sequence, labeled with 2-aminopurine.
