Abstract:Based on the study of cutting theory of shearer pick-shaped cutter used in thin seams, cutting tests under different fault conditions were done by using pick on the Cutting Test Bed of the Coal and Rock. The results show that: picking Cutting Torque in the coal seam and small fault interface increases with the increase compressive strength difference between the coal seam and small fault.
