Abstract: Abstract. We develop a novel framework of time-dependent probabilistic tsunami hazard analysis (PTHA) and apply it to Western Sumatra, Indonesia, where future tsunamigenic events are anticipated in the Mentawai region of the Sunda subduction zone.
