Tibial Stress Fracture Following Ankle Arthrodesis

Abstract: Background: End-stage ankle arthritis is frequently treated with either tibiotalar or tibiotalocalcaneal (TTC) arthrodesis, but the inherent loss of accommodative motion increases mechanical load across the distal tibia.
