Tibial Osteotomy for Osteoarthritis of the Knee

Abstract: THE choice of treatment lies between arthrodesis of the terminal interphalangeal joint, tenodesis or restoration of tendon action by tendon grafting. The decision depends upon age, state of the finger, the occupation and the wishes of the patient.
