Thyrotropin regulates tyrosine sulfation of thyroglobulin

Abstract: Objective: To study the regulation of thyroglobulin sulfation by thyrotropin (TSH) and iodide. Sulfation, a widespread post-translational modification of proteins, is involved in various biological activities.
