Abstract: Collision tumour of the thyroid is a rare entity for which surgical resection is the primary treatment. We present here a case of a collision thyroid tumour of oncocytic and papillary carcinoma with lung metastases occurring in a 62-year-old woman who initially presented with a rapidly enlarging cervical mass and dyspnoea.
