“…In human multiple myeloma cells, TQ inhibits proliferation, induces apoptosis and exerts a chemosensitization effect through suppressing signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (acute-phase response factor) activation (35), and decreases F-actin polymerization and Bcl-2/Bcl-2 like 1 expression (36).
