Abstract: Background Thymic hyperplasia with lymphoepithelial sialadenitis-like features (LESA-like TH) is a rare form of thymic hyperplasia, characterized by a prominent expansion of the thymic medulla containing hyperplastic lymphoid follicles with germinal centers, while an almost total absence of thymic cortex.
