Thunderclap Headache: A Review of Different Aetiologies

Abstract: Thunderclap headache refers to a severe headache of abrupt onset. It is a neurological emergency with potentially catastrophic consequences and should therefore be recognized and investigated promptly. Several conditions may cause thunderclap headache.
