Abstract: BackgroundBehçet’s disease (BD) is an inflammatory disease with chronic systemicvasculitis. The disease is characterised by attacks of oral and genital ulcers, skin lesions, arthritis, uveitis and deep vein thrombosis. The main histopathologic feature is known to be vascular inflammatory changes.
