Abstract: Background Fibromyalgia (FM) is a musculoskeletal chronic pain condition with low response to pharmacological conventional treatment (CPhT). Multidisciplinary treatment (MT) has showed efficacy in improving FM symptoms. Nevertheless, MT has not been studied in patients with FM and obesity.
