Abstract: Objectives To assess the inflammatory lesions of the spine and the sacroiliac joints (SIJ) as detected by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in patients (pts) with ankylosing spondylitis (AS) during 12 weeks treatment NSAIDs for the first time on daily basis.
