Thrombotic Thrombocytopenic Purpura Associated with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

Abstract: Thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP) occurring in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is rare and can be difficult to diagnose because of overlapping features of the two disorders.
