Thrombotic risk in paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria-like (PNH-like) phenotype

Abstract: The complement system is an essential component of the innate immune defence that, if overly activated, may damage organs and tissues. For this reason, there is a fine complement regulatory system.
