Abstract:We describe the case of a 61‐year‐old woman with anti‐signal recognition particle (SRP) antibody‐positive immune‐mediated necrotizing myopathy (IMNM) who exhibited biopsy‐confirmed thrombotic microangiopathy (TMA).
