Abstract: Popliteal artery aneurysms (PAAs) are rare, and usually affect men over 60 years of age with established cardiovascular disease due to atherosclerosis. They can also be congenital or can occur due to trauma, mycotic aneurysm, popliteal entrapment or inflammatory arteritis.
