Abstract: Cavo Portal Hemi-Transposition (CPHT) is a surgical technique used in liver transplantation (LT) to salvage low portal perfusion situations. Although non physiological it is an established surgical technique for over two decades for the aforementioned clinical situation. CPHT also may fail.
