Thrombophlebite du sinus caverneux d’origine otogene : a propos d’un cas

Abstract: La thrombophlébite du sinus caverneux (TPSC) est une affection rare surtout dans son origine otologique, l'incidence et la gravité de cette dernière ont beaucoup décrû depuis l'avènement des antibiotiques. Cette pathologie a une symptomatologie initiale sournoise et peu évocatrice, en effet elle associe à des degrés divers une altération de l'état général, des signes ophtalmologiques liés à la gêne au retour veineux et des troubles de l'oculomotricité.
