Thriving at Work: The Effect of Psychological Capital on Teachers Burnout Symptoms

Abstract: Besides thriving primary school teachers' performance, we hypothesized that whether teachers' burnout at the workplace can be reversed through psychological capital or what type of relationship exists between them.
