Threshold of Reactivity and Tolerance to Precautionary Allergen-Labelled Biscuits of Baked Milk- And Egg-Allergic Children

Abstract: Extremely sensitive food-allergic patients may react to very small amounts of allergenic foods. Precautionary allergen labelling (PAL) warns from possible allergenic contaminations.
