Threshold for Positivity and Optimal Dipyrone Concentration in Flow Cytometry-Assisted Basophil Activation Test

Abstract: PurposeBasophil activation occurs both in patients with immediate hypersensitivity reactions to anti-inflammatory drugs and in healthy controls in a dose-dependent manner.
