Abstract:BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE:
Cerebral revascularization of multiple territories traditionally requires multiple constructs, serial anastomoses, or a combination of direct and indirect approaches. A novel 3-vessel anastomosis technique allows for direct, simultaneous multiterritory cerebral revascularization using a single interposition graft.
