Three Simple and Economic Spectrophotometric Methods for Simultaneous Determination of Chitosan and Ascorbic Acid

Abstract: Three simple, precise, and sensitive UV spectrophotometric methods have been developed and validated for the determination of Chitosan (CH) in the presence of Ascorbic acid (AA) in a binary mixture.
