“…The Page kidney phenomenon has been poorly described in the renal transplant literature and consists of individual case reports that relate different transplant‐associated factors to the development of a Page kidney (2–9). Specifically, the renal allograft biopsy is associated with a risk of peri‐renal or subcapsular hematoma that could cause compression‐induced renal ischemia and an acute Page kidney (APK) phenomenon (4,5,8,9).
