Three-dimensional vertical ZnO transistors with suspended top electrodes fabricated by focused ion beam technology

Abstract: Three-dimensional (3D) vertical architecture transistors represent an important technological pursuit, which have distinct advantages in device integration density, operation speed, and power consumption.
