Three Dimensional Steady State Thermal Stress Analyses in a Clamped Solid Sphere

Abstract: The present work deals with the three dimensional axisymmetric problem in a spherical coordinate system. A clamped solid sphere is subjected to heat flux on its plane boundary surface. Heat is generated within the sphere. The attempt made to analyze heat transfer and thermal stresses of solid sphere under steady temperature field.
