Abstract:ZusammenfassungBenigne zentralvenöse thorakale Obstruktionen haben bei Hämodialysepatienten eine hohe Prävalenz. Die symptomatischen Stenosen führen zur Verschlechterung der Lebensqualität sowie zu Dysfunktionen der arteriovenösen Dialysezugänge bis hin zum Verschluss. Auch eine Implantation eines zentralvenösen Katheters kann dadurch erschwert oder unmöglich gemacht werden.
