Thoracoscopic segmentectomy: hybrid approach for clinical stage I non-small cell lung cancer

Abstract: During segmentectomy, the most critical consideration is establishment of sufficient surgical margins around the cancer. Our hybrid approach that includes meticulous surgical manipulations may produce sufficient surgical margins.
