Thoracoscopic‐Assisted Diaphragmatic Hernia Repair Using a Thoracic Rib Resection

Abstract: Thoracic rib resection can provide access to diaphragmatic hernias in adult horses. Thoracoscopy or a flank incision, or both, may aid in determining which rib is best resected.
