Thoracic endometriosis: a case report and review of the literature

Abstract: Thoracic endometriosis is characterized by the presence of normal functioning endometrial tissues in normal pleural, diaphragm, or lung parenchyma, and main clinical symptoms include pneumothorax, menstrual hemothorax, menstrual hemoptysis, and pulmonary nodules.
