Third Trimester Placental Grading by Ultrasonography and its Relationship with Fetal Outcome

Abstract: Background: Antenatal ultrasound assessment of placental morphology plays an important role in evaluating fetal health, revealing abnormalities, such as infract & calcification.  Abnormal placental maturity is associated with poor pregnancy outcome.
